How does cooking as an art arise? What happens between ordering the food and the final result of a perfectly presented dessert dish? The Chef’s Table is your chance to take a look behind the scenes. In a separate room, you will be able to look through a large window and watch how your menus -– and those of the other guests – are timed, created and served. A glass of champagne at hand, your chef, Wolfgang Becker will illustrate the hustle and bustle of a gourmet kitchen. You will also learn from each cook details of each course created. Somewhat reminiscent of the German T.V. programme “The Show with the Mouse” – except that this is at haute cuisine level and live.
The Chef’s Table can be booked for 2 people and including the 5-course menu with accompanying drinks costs €210 per person.
